The Visual programming is one of the successful programming approaches at the contemporary time, as considered as one of the high-level language, which is matching to English language, then making it easy to apply. Visual programming implements an innovative and easy program style, which allows to designing a graphical User Interface (GUI) (buttons, texts, menus, icons ...) by working on Integrated Development Environment (IDE) with the "Drag & Drop" method. Therefore, this style contributes to expand the computer using scope and program’s effectiveness and their development. Finally, The Visual programming has grown and elaborated as a result of a brilliant combination of three fields: programming languages, computer graphics, and Human-Computer Interaction (HCI).
The Visual Programming Lab is equipped with high specifications computers and a set of general use software that serve AAU students and IT students in particular, as well as serve faculty Staff. this lab focuses on teaching courses programming languages that support Graphical User Interfaces (GUI). In addition, providing the Integrated Development Environment (IDE) , training on it, increasing the knowledge, design skills acquisition and improve capabilities, in order to a qualify the student’s to produce GUI programs. Consequently, the visual interaction between humans and computers were confirmed.
